Director of Account Operations
Keturah has spent the last 20 years in a variety of administrative and operational roles overseeing all things behind-the-scenes to provide an efficient, streamlined, and enjoyable experience for clients and fellow team members alike. Keturah joined Empowered FM in 2018. She spends her time improving the firm’s backend operations and works closely with the advisory team, assisting clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond to ensure the best experience possible while building and executing their unique retirement plans.
Keturah holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a born and raised Madisonian who recently took up recreational CrossFit and spends a lot of time outside on local Ice Age Trail segments running her very enthusiastic German Shorthaired Pointer, Remi.
